Once received, we will email you to ensure that all your questions are answered and determine if you are a good candidate for care.
Talk to Dr. Todd regarding your health concerns and goals over the phone for only $99.
Prescriptions will be sent out by the pharmacy for pick up or directly to your door.
1-2 additional visits may be needed to review lab work and prescription trial results.
Step 3
Speak with Dr. Winton over the phone on a quarterly basis for only $26/month to optimize your health goals.

Is there a way to get affordable healthcare without the hassle of appointments and waiting rooms?
Absolutely! We offer convenient and cost-effective care through virtual consultations. This saves you time by skipping appointments, travel, and waiting rooms. Plus, some medications can be delivered straight to your door for added convenience. Our fees are typically lower than insurance copays, especially when you factor in the time saved.
What is your response time?
Our goal is to review your request and get back with you by the end of the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday.
How easy is it to cancel my membership?
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime by notifying us via email. If you want to re-establish care with us, you will simply pay the $99 consultation fee and your file
will be reopened.
Do you accept health insurance?
We do not participate with health insurance companies for doctor visits or membership fees, yet our patients typically choose to pay out of pocket because their overall health significantly improves, and they enjoy a higher quality of life.
Many clients have successfully used FSA or HSA for payments. Copies of invoices can be provided upon request.
What should I do in the event of a medical emergency?
In case of a medical emergency, dial 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately. Active Lifestyle Telemed is not equipped to handle emergencies. Staff members will respond as soon as possible, but may not be immediately available for questions about your care. If you’re uncertain whether your situation is an emergency, prioritize safety and call 9-1-1.
