Menopause is defined as a woman going 12 months without a menstrual cycle.
Peri-menopause is the time before menopause when there is a change in a woman’s menstrual cycle. This time period varies from one woman to the next and can last, on average 3-4 years.

We do not participate with health insurance companies, yet our patients typically choose to pay out of pocket because their overall health significantly improves, and they enjoy a higher quality of life.
Many clients have successfully used FSA or HSA for payments. Copies of invoices can be provided upon request.
What should I do in the event of an emergency?
In case of a medical emergency, dial 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately. Active Lifestyle Telemed is not equipped to handle emergencies. Staff members will respond as soon as possible, but may not be immediately available for questions about your care. If you’re uncertain whether your situation is an emergency, prioritize safety and call 9-1-1.
